really tired after the pc show.. it was the first day today.. not many people came to the show today.. and i was pretty bored at the show.. but guess its good money la.. haha.. spent my time looking around for fishes.. lol.. anyway, off to shower and to bed.. tmr got work again.. haiz.. money so hard to earn..

881 ah 881.. 881 ah 881.. nice local movie i must say.. although its a local film, it quite a good storyline and the plot was pretty good.. real close to home feeling.. the show had many scenes of what life is like during the 7th month..

i not that good at describing what the show was... and what are the funny parts in the movie.. but all i can say is that i enjoyed another movie in my recent movie watching spree.. haha.. even my mum is making noise that i have been watching too many movies recently.. haha.. but what can i do.. no work, and no school.. of course is go out and watch movie and meet up with friends right...

grouchy boy grouchy boy... im so grouchy and i want to sleep.. guess i will just sleep early and recharge myself.. and make myself feel better physically and mentally.. and also to prepare for my work on thursday - sunday... thats all for today folks..

ate at Hog's Breath Cafe on friday night.. was recommended by charlene when we last met.. and jek decided that we should go and give it a try since there is this 30% coupon in the Sunday Times..

the ambience was pretty nicely done.. like the wooden frames with the american car plates.. brought another taste to the eating experience.. i ordered the natural prime steak.. haha.. it came along with vegetable/salad, mashed potota/baked potato/curly fries.. jek and i decided to order the mega cut.. which meant that we got a larger piece of the steak from 300grams to 400grams.. for just $8.. we thought, since we had the coupon, we just get a bigger one lor.. at least we know it will be filling.. haha..

so when the steak was here, it smelt really nice.. then the steak was done just nice.. medium rare.. you could still see the redness of the meat but the top of the steak was grilled to perfection.. haha.. was quite a filling meal and to top of such a good meal, there was donuts from donut factory.. haha.. i had the white chocolate with strawberry...

then came saturday... well, had a long long conversation with shannon over the phone.. its been a really long time since we last chatted this long.. and it felt really good that we talked for such a long time.. i feel that i owe her as well as my other good friends alot.. reason being, when i had my gf, i admit ti nelgecting them for the sake of my gf... its a bad habit of mine... but i am going to change that.. i realised that gf may change at any time.. but good friends are like rare antiques.. once you have them in your life, if you were to misplace them or no treasure the, it may be lost forever.. through the conversation, i managed to catch up on alot of the stuff that happened in her life.. and i also shared with her some of my worries that i have bottled up inside.. it just felt really good to let if off your chest.. thanks a million shann!! and dont worry about so-and-so ok? i will promise that i will help you to win his heart!!! I LOVE YOU DEEP DEEP!! haha

slept till 2+ and woke up to a home cooked lunch.. sweet and sour pork, sambal kang kong and deep fried pig intestine.. haha.. slack in front of the tele till jason called me down to hit a few balls.. we were both abit rusty, but soon, we got better and the rallying was much better.. kinda hurt my back a little more today while playing tennis.. its been hurting since the gym session on wed with jek.. hope it gets better soon and i can continue with my gyming session..

after that, talked with liwen over the phone before i left the house to meet ian, teng yong and shannon for a movie and dinner... i was kinda early but i did not expect that the rest will be so late.. i waited for almost 45min for them to come.. luckily shannon took a cab down and we walked to cini to get the movie tickets first.. we watched hairspray!!!

the movie is kinda like the high school musical.. there was alot of singing.. but it blended into the movie quite well.. and the storyline was also quite good too.. it talked about the racial problem faced in the 1960's and how it was overcome.. and a small part of it was a romantic movie.. unfortunately, there was this one couple who left the cinema half way through the show and another couple who sat beside us who fell asleep during the movie.. so sad that they paid money to sleep in the cinema...

dinner was at sakae sushi as parkway.. reason being, we had to drive shannon home to get her house keys as she somehow forgot to bring them out with her.. and the show was a pretty late show and without the keys, she would have to reach home early..

after the movie, went to simpang bedok for prata... but no one ordered any food.. ian ordered a drink and teng yong only ordered a soup.. i was the only one who ate the honey tissue prata.. it felt sinful to eat so much.. but who cares.. haha...

been emo-ing the past few nights.. been wondering about whether i will ever find the right girl in the near future.. i dont know why i am worried about this matter, but i am just worried... is it because of my looks, my size, my hair, my character, my over active sweat glands??? so many questions i always ask myself.. sometimes i guess its a reality that for a relationship to even start, it always seems to start with the looks and figure.. it kinda sad to know that humans are like that.. its a really sad fact in life.. but i guess some things just dont change do they? hope my parents dont come and ask me why i still have not brought a girl home to see them.. i really am praying hard that day will not come.. haha.. at least not in the near future..

i guess its enough for today.. it a pretty long post and sorry for being so long winded.. cannot help it la... i am me.. this is who i am.. lol...

yet another movie completed and ticked off the checklist.. poltergay was a french movie about gay disco era ghosts who haunts this mansion and this couple.. caused the couple to break up then realised that they can actually help each other and in the end, he saved the relationship and they opened a bar for the ghost before they can go to the other world in 700 years time..

thats the rough idea about the movie.. i guess only some people will appreciate it ba.. but its a nice funny movie.. although its about ghost.. lol.. go catch is at marina before it stops showing..

well, lunch with mitchelle was a simple meal at subway.. we took awhile before deciding what we wanted to eat.. and while eating it we chatted about many many things.. about how her aunt travels alot... how we wanna go travelling.. how her exams are in between her birthday... which subway cookies are nicer.. how she used to work and run to subway to buy food.. casual stuff about out lives.. haha...

bowling after the movie, was fun.. haha.. but i got cut by the bowling ball.. bowled pretty well i guess, and was trying to help mitch to adjust and get used to her bowling style.. was pretty fun i must say.. was much better than the first time we played..

dinner was at soup spoon.. first times eating there.. the soup was not bad.. had the boston clam chowder while she had the beef golash(duno how to spell it).. haha.. the sandwich was not bad, smoked ham and cheese.. was pretty good la.. overall pretty please with the dinner...

the weirdest thing happened in the train today on my way back from sentosa..

although sentosa was only 50% success, it felt good to go back to the beach and enjoy the sand, sun and sea.. there was this family day where we tanned, and the mc as usual was being stupidly lame and irritating.. even the people at the family day also buay tahan him...

anyway, there was a pretty good sun when we got there at first.. but after settling down, the sun began to disappear and then the wind and clouds started to come in.. it was quite disappointing after having a good brunch(breakfast+lunch) at food republic.. although we paid for overpriced bar chor mee and soya bean drink, it was still quite an enjoyable brunch..

back to the story.. we shifted to the pavillion and played cards for awhile before finally deciding to head to the showers when it started to drizzle.. so after the shower, naturally is was time to take the train back home.. when we boarded the NEL and harbour front, i was kinda tired and wanted to squat down against the wall of the train to rest my legs.. but this SMRT personnel, came up to me and said that i cannot squat there..

at first i thought it was because i was squating at the area meant for the handicap.. but after he said:" i'm sorry sir, you cannot squat here. there are alot of ladies here and if they were to call the police then it wouldn't be nice." i was quite dumbfounded by what he said at first.. then when he mentioned the police, it finally got to me..

he did not want me to squat down as he is afraid that i might go peep at the ladies undies.. and they might call the police and caught me for it.. i was really amazed by it la.. and was kinda stunned by him too.. never would i thought that squating in the mrt would lead to so much trouble.. so people, please learn this precious lesson.. never squat in the train, especially on NEL or squat when there is not NEL personnel or when there are no ladies in the cabin.. haha..

highlight of today was really amusing and amazing at the same time.. like they say, we learn something new everyday..

yesterday watched secret @ century square with ling, lim ben and ps..

the movie was quite nice but there was a twist to the show and i shall not say much about it as it will spoil the story for those who have not watched the movie.. was quite amazed that it was almost a full house in the cinema yet again.. wonder if those people in the cinema, was is their second and third time watching the movie.. haha..

watching how jay played the piano.. omg.. he is damn good i tell you.. like, every piece of music he was able to play la.. and is wasnt those where u film the hand playing the piano, then cut the frame and show jay's face.. they really slowly showed how he played the piece.. damn cool...

the love story behind the movie was also kinda touching.. as if it was another cartoon fairy tale kind.. surely it will not happen in reality, but it would surely feel good to be able to love like he did in the movie..

next moive to watch is 881.. must must must watch it before it finish..

was watching the episode of ' bao jia wei guo" somehow, i feel as though bryan wong's character iin the movie is like what is happening to me real life.. i mean, i still have yet to meet the one girl that will take my breathe away and make my heart flutter like crazy.. i know it might sound crazy but up till one, there has only been one girl whom have gotten me really crazy about..

with that aside, today went to watch flash point with jek and mich.. before that, jek and i had our usual gyming session and then we took a train down to tampines mall to get the tickets.. thank my dad for getting me the HSBC platinium card, cut the queue of about 10 people and got our tickets.. although its a really old movie, the cinema was 3/4 full.. jek and i were quite amazed that we had to sit in the front row of the cinema..

it was another action pack, mafia and fighting scenes filled hong kong movie... but i have to admit, the some of the fighting scenes were really really good.. and i recall that there was one point in the movie where everyone in the cinema actually clapped for what the actor did in the movie.. i cannot recall what he did but i can assure you that the whole cinema was clapping their hands.. quite a scene.. anyway, after the movie, can back home and continued my psp game, Brave Story... and i also found out that there is actually a movie out in which is about the game that i am playing now.. haha.. still duno if i want to go watch it.. cause i would really prefer watching 881... but no ones would want to watch with me.. so if anyone who wish to watch 881 before it ends, please give me a call..

damn happy from last night's match.. well, it was a long time since i last played tennis.. and the last match i played in, we lost the doubles quite badly..

jason wasn't able to play yesterday as he was still in camp so i partnered jeeva, dinesh's youngest brother.. our opponents were alright i guess.. it was a really even match throughout.. i thought we were going to lose when we were 5-2 down.. but somehow, we managed to pull the result back and were up 6-5.. but we just could not finish the match... so it went into the tie break.. and it was another close one in the tie break..

we were up 6-3 and i assumed that we would finish the match with me to serve.. but we allowed them to crawl back to 6-5.. and it was their turn to serve.. and when they got the second serve in, they managed to hit a very good defensive angle shot into the corner.. i thought that was it and we would have to continue this long long match.. but somehow, jeeva managed to get to the ball and i went in for the backhand volley and they were unable to put the ball back and we won the match 9-8(7-5)...

unfortunately, we lost the match overall 3-2 and our inter-con tournament was over for 2007.. so its anther year's wait before playing again.. we need to find a female player and also try to source for good veteran players as well..

had a really nice dream of you on saturday night.. i cannot really recall the dream exactly, but i just know that it was definitely with you in it.. it was a sweet sweet feeling i must say and i guess it will only just be a dream.. and i am wondering what controls dreams in the mind and how does dreams develope.. and do they have any meaning behind them? or will it be a sign if you made a particular dream? so many questions, but i guess i will just let it be.. dreams will be dreams and they are not reality.. haha..

its pretty late into the night and listening to emo songs now will not be good for emo people.. not many people think that im emo but, i think i am.. i am not that good in putting my emo thoughts into writing but yeah, i sometimes hate the feeling while i like to be emo at different times..

well, met up with two close group of people today.. one being my close secondary school friends.. a group whom i will never forget and will never stip meeting up as they were the ones who gave me strenght during those days to pull through.. if it werent for them, i dont think that i will ever be where i am now.. they were there when i watch me fall when i truly loved a girl..where i struggled to maintain my grades.. when we suffered the shit during our peer support camps.. haha.. all those memories may have been long over, but they were what made me who i am today.. well, one of those close friends, namly lee jae hee, will be leaving for the united states to study this coming tuesday.. so we had a small gathering to wish him the best while he is over in the states.. was really a short lunch.. but it felt great to see these brothers again after so long.. although we meet up quite often, it was still nice to see them la..

jae hee, hope u will settle into the states easily and may u succeed over there..

after that, i met up with the group of guys who i went through think and thin and all the turn outs and storms that was given to us during our time in OCS.. these group of outstanding guys, really made ym transition into OCS that much easier.. although i did not make a good impression to CPT eric, i hope that he could see whats in my heart and feel the efforts that i could give to the platoon.. it was just a simple dinner and casual sitting and all.. but towards the end, we sat in that circle and listened to CPT eric talk about his life in his new post, it brought us back to those good old days in OCS.. all those things that changed that way we live in OCS.. be it the painful experience in brunei where my section got stung by the hornets, kenneth teo acting in thailand, all the birthday bashes at our platoon level.. these vivid memories flowed through our mind when we took turns to recall those little memories that each of us keep as part of our life in OCS.. like what cpt eric said, it was great to see that almost all the guys turned up for the gathering and he mentioned something about what the turn out would be like four years from now.. would it still be the same and as tight as now.. its yet to be seen.. i mean, we are all in the phase of our lives where we are studyin and pursuing our goals and aims in life.. in a bid to have a good life in the near future.. different priorities will start to enter our lives and the attandance might not be as good as today.. but i do hope that we will still stay as a close group.. as this bond we shared, can never be replaced.. till we meet again my brothers..

thursday i went to watch rush hour 3.. omg.. the show is damn funny la.. haha.. especially when the played the NG takes at the end of the show.. haha.. just made our day.. after which, we walked to PS wanting to eat some thai food.. but all the restuarant had like a super super long queue.. so we decided to go to sakae which was just beside PS for dinner.. after that, went daiso to buy some stuff.. i ended up buying caramel corn... haha.. yummy yummy!!!

then i went to the arcade to watch people play the basketball game.. where u just keep throwing the balls to get more points and try to reach the target score to move to the next stage.. i actually stood there for almost 45min just watching people playing that.. then went to meet up with jek mich and zhenxi for mahjong session.. haha.. mich was kinda sick after almost 3/4 way through.. so we played three person mahjong for the last round and i manage to win back what i lost earlier to jek and made half of my taxi fare back..

friday night was suppose to go for supper with huiqian, jacilyn, michelle and jek.. but the only thing that stuck with the plan was the gyming session.. jek and i sorta agreed that we will start gyminr regularly to keep fit and maintain our shape after army.. well, my programme started really really late.. as u all know, i am lazy and not the least bit disciplined.. well, at least its heading somewhere now..

so after gyming, jek and i went up to my place to shower and get ready for supper.. since mich didnt go clubbin with huiqian and jacilyn.. jek and i thought that the two girls would still go clubbin and that supper would still be on.. but it ended up that the two guys getting played out by three girls.. in my case, two girls.. cause jek got played out by mich as she was suppose to drive jek to my place, but he ended up taking a bus over instead...

so our supper became one slice of the pizza hut pizza which my parents brought back from malaysia.. and to make sure that our gyming session earlier was not wasted, we both took just one piece and then went to bed hungry.. haha. but slping hungry sure beats eating more slices of pizza.. so that was how we ended our healthy but miserable day..

wednesday night at zouk was so fun.. haha.. met so many friends over there that night.. haha.. since i stopped working, hq has been wanting to pull me to accompany her to go supper and clubbing.. so after my gym session with jek, she dragged me to accompany her to zouk as she doesnt want to go there alone with another of her aussie friend... so being the kind soul that i am by nature.. haha.. i accompanied her to zouk..

once there, first person i met was charlene.. haha.. and her first words were, I DIDNT KNOW THAT YOU WILL COME MAMBO ONE LEHZ.. and it was followed by, TODAY I MEET SO MANY OLD FRIENDS HERE LA.. and i was wondering, is that a sign to me that i will be meeting up with some old friends...

so after hq found her friend at mambo, i went to try to look for raphael whom i know was there that night.. but too bad, could not find him and so hq, amelia(hq aussie friend) and i went over to phuture to grab some drinks and also to listen to come R&B as the mambo music was really bad... so when i went over, guess who did i see? i met keith while dancing on the floor.. we took a photo and then we said our goodbyes.. so while dancing, keith msg me telling me that he left early and hope that we will meet up soon with rest of the gang for dinner at the indonesian bbq which he wanted to go so badly.. dun worry keith, we shall have another outing soon and we will go together..

and a short while later, i saw wen long(my srjc tennis team mate) just a couple of steps in front of me but he did not see me.. haha.. so i tried calling, which failed, and then i message him to tell him to turn around.. but it also did not work.. so i had to squeeze my way through and tap him on the shoulder.. haha.. was nice to see him after so long and he looked pretty much the same..

so we carried on dancing the night away.. then this group of female-hims came to dance near us.. i nearly vomitted and so nearly wanted to slap one of it.. she or he, kept flinging his hair and it kept hitting me.. so hq helped me to take revenge and she flung her hair back at him/she and it got stunned and kept its distance from us.. and the whole night, they kept trying to seduce guys around them.. which was totally disgusting.. one of it actually went to put his hands on this plum guy, run it down from his neck to the nipples, then pinched both of the nipples and laughed then walked away.. i really nearly fainted at the spot i tell you.. so we thought we had enough of it and we went back to mambo to chill out before leaving zouk.. upon leaving, i saw gerald( my bmtc platoon mate).. damn damn long never see this brudder of mine liao man.. although we were not from the same section, but we were pretty close.. do not know why, but we kept in contact and were pretty close up till ocs days to now.. after saying our goodbyes, went to the toilet and back to mambo again..

finally mambo was playing some decent music and i met russel( my ocs platoon mate) he looks really good as usual, only this time with more hair and less facial hair on his face.. haha.. and shortly after that, i finally met raphael whom i though was the only person i was suppose to meet at zouk on wednesday night.. we had one last drink and then we made our way home.. so a simple night at zouk turned out to be a gathering of old friends.. 6 of them in total..
